Return / Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. * Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days to receive a return. Items returned after this time frame will be eligible for store credit only. Items should be packaged securely (ideally in their original packaging) and include the filled out Return Form in their package. Shipping will be complimentary for the first valid exchange, after which the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. In the event of a valid return, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the Light of Day Jewelry does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
* Sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or return. Custom pieces, Limited Edition pieces, and One of a Kind pieces are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. We are a small business and cannot refund the cost of shipping for a return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. * Some exclusions may apply.
