  • We can customize a current design to your unique specifications

PROCESS

  • The custom design process, from idea approval to realization, can take from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the scope of the project. 
  • To begin the process, a nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required. If a project’s projected cost is under $500, there will be a nonrefundable deposit of $100 required. This cost will be deducted from the total cost of the project. 
  • In order to streamline the process, you will receive images/videos of the gemstones for approval and sketch and/or 3D renderings for approval before production begins.
